Pianist Leif Ove Andsnes has been one of the musicians who has visited the festival most often.
He was actually the first musician to be asked to participate in the first festival 20 years ago. It is therefore a great honor that he will participate in our anniversary this summer. And he will actually open it all - with the same music as in 2024: Johan Halvorsen's Veslemøy song together with Arvid Engegård.
Andsnes often program original music but also love the great names in the classical repertoire.
